Family
So tonight was young adults and youth combined worship night. It was the first for the year and my first time back at church since like our conference back at the start of December.
When I was in worship I just KNEW FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THAT THIS IS WHERE I BELONG. Not that I thought I didn’t but I have so much love for this House and for my family there. Within it is my vision, roots, heart and love. Oh man. It just filled me with such joy to know that I’m where I’m supposed to be :)
And then I was asked to come and be interviewed and share about my trip and I did and it was ok :) for the first time ever I found it so easy to talk and wasn’t heart pounding or breathless. I could joke and tease. I still was a bit awkward but they were my family and it was all ok. It was fun to have an opportunity to share and then my pastor and friend prayed for me and that was really encouraging too.
I felt very loved by everyone telling they missed me and glad I was back and got lots of hugs. Hehe (ok I love this kind of thing ;P) and yeah then just got to catch up with everyone else and everyone else’s stories :) its all exciting and l just love what God is doing through everyone and through our church.
Also what’s exciting is that while I was away I started to get more and more passion for youth and wanted to get involved in youth group but I really hated the thought of missing young adults because I feel it’s really important. So any way I get to church tonight and find out that youth and YA are combining for the next few months. Praise God- He really does answer prayers.
I also found a $30 gift voucher today that I got from my nan for christmas but forgotten about! I can get some groceries this week!! :D thankyou God!!
Haha and then I came home and me and one of my housemates got sillier and sillier talking about nipple piercings of all things!! Awwwkkwaarddd hahah
